The annual NCS Harvest Bazaar is coming up!

 

What is it?

The NCS Harvest Bazaar is an annual NCS event that takes place on our Orchard Campus.  It is an opportunity for all different kinds of vendors to come together and sell their goods in one spot!  You'll find some of your favorite vendors like Scentsy and ThirtyOne, as well as fun, and one-of-a-kind finds. In the past, vendors have featured items such as handmade jewelry, decor, baked goods, and sweet treats. It's a great time to stock up on gifts for family and friends and maybe even get your Christmas shopping done early!

 

When and where?

The Harvest Bazaar will take place on Friday, November 11th, from 2 PM until 6:00 PM, and Saturday, November 12th, from 9 AM-3:30 PM. The Bazaar will be in the Main Gym on our Elementary Campus (505 W. Orchard Ave., Nampa, ID 83651).

Set up will be on Friday, November 11th at 10:00 AM. NO EXEMPTIONS. Saturday, and should be all set to go by 8:40 AM the gym will be unlocked by 8:30 AM.  

*Tear-down will be on Saturday, November 12th, from 3:30-5 PM. NO EARLY TEARDOWNS.

 

If I want to be a vendor, what do I need to do?

1. If you would like to sign up to be a vendor, you need to fill out this form and get it back to the Elementary Main Office (either by dropping it off or emailing it). Be sure to describe any and all products you will be selling.

2. You will need to pay for your space -- spaces are 10' X 10', and the cost for the first space is $60, with each additional space costing $35. No tables are provided. 

3. If you do not run your business regularly and/or have a current sales permit, we will email you a form to be filled out online to apply for a temporary sales permit with the State of Idaho so you can sell your goods at our Bazaar. Here is a link for your convenience. 

5. Once you are registered, gather all your equipment and supplies (including tables) to be ready to set up on Friday, November 11th. 

 

**If your business has multiple consultants (Scentsy, ThirtyOne, Young Living, etc.), only ONE consultant may sell at the Bazaar-First come first serve.
