2022 Annual Corporation Meeting
In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of Nampa Christian Schools, an Annual Meeting is held to conduct such business as the election of board members. Voting is only available to members of the corporation, as defined in the Articles of Incorporation Sixth section and a proxy voter can be assigned per the Bylaws, Section 1, Section 9.
