Merry Christmas!

“For the word of the Lord is right and true; He is faithful in all He does” Psalm 33:4

Dear Nampa Christian Family,

I am so thankful to God for His faithfulness! Last week I attended elementary staff devotions, and as I listened to Kim Nixon, one of our fourth grade teachers, talk about God’s faithfulness in her life, I began reflecting on all the ways He has blessed me, orchestrated events and brought people into my life. I feel like He has used every moment to lead me and my family to be right here, right now, at such as time as this.

I feel immeasurably blessed to be serving alongside amazing educators, all believers, all following and loving the Lord, and all dedicated to the discipleship of Nampa Christian students. I am exceedingly grateful to God for such an awesome staff, for UNITY, and for His great faithfulness. We are trusting Him with numerous requests in prayer, and to guide us in this next season of ministry at Nampa Christian… because He tells us to ask, seek, and knock. We know our God is more than able, full of love and grace, and HE is FAITHFUL!

I also say thank you to God each day for all the wonderful families He has brought here to allow us the honor of partnering with them, and His Spirit, in the educational and spiritual journeys of their (His) children. What a privilege to teach, coach, and nurture youth, building relationships that will last for eternity! Nampa Christian Schools has been a light to this community for decades, and we are investing now, believing for many more years of impact and influence for future generations. We pray our legacy is remaining faithful to His Word, loving Him above all else, and pointing to Jesus as the only way, truth and life in this dark world.

As we look to the future to ensure Nampa Christian’s legacy for years to come (click to view video), I am especially thankful for the generous financial gifts at this year’s Gala. This was an amazing event where plans to build an Early Childhood Center were unveiled (click to view plans). To do this we need to meet a projected budget of $1.7-million. We raised nearly a quarter of that amount in one evening… wow! I truly enjoy witnessing God’s faithful provision through and for His people. God is so good!

Thank you for being a part of the Nampa Christian family. You are so treasured. It is my prayer that you have some time during this Christmas season to reflect on God’s faithfulness to you and your family.

Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!
