International Application

 

We are now accepting applications for our 2012-2013 International Student program.

We will begin reviewing applications for the 2012-2013 school year beginning in February 2012.

Space is limited so, please apply as soon as possible.

 

Please complete these steps to accomplish the application process. Links to online or PDF forms are included.

FIRST

Fill out the Application for Admission ($200.00 fee due with application)

SECOND

Send these items along with payment for application:

1. Complete application.

2. Non-refundable $200.00 application fee.

3. Passport photocopy to verify student’s name and date of birth.

4. Two reference letters- one academic and one personal.

5. Three years of most recent transcripts (translated into English language).

6. Copies of testing scores (i.e. - TOEFL)- not required, but helpful for placement.

7. Declaration of finances – bank statement or letter from the bank indicating sufficient funds.

8. Immunization Record
 
Idaho State law requires all immunization records be “up to date” and on file prior to attending school.
 
Children enrolled in Preschool (4 years & older) – 2nd grade must have:
• 5 doses of DTaP (4 doses meet requirements if one dose was administered after the 4th birthday)
• 3 Polio
• 2 MMR
• 3 Hepatitis B
 
Children enrolled in 3rd – 12th grade must have:
• 4 doses of DTaP
• 3 Polio
• 2 MMR
• 3 Hepatitis B (for those students born after November 22, 1991)
