If
you are the parent of a child who has been at NCS for at least 2 years
prior to the Annual Meeting, or if you are a graduate or the parent of a
graduate of NCS, or if you have donated $100 to NCS during the year
prior to the NCS Annual Meeting, you are eligible to become an NCS
Corporation Member.
If
you meet one or more of the expectations on the attached form and one
or more of the above qualifications, just sign an NCS Corporation
Membership Form and submit to any NCS office to become an NCS
Corporation Member:
According to the Articles of Incorporation, membership in the Corporation terminates after the Annual Meeting. Therefore, all persons qualified to be members (see qualifications on the form) who wish to be members of the Corporation must annually sign a new membership form or click to complete the form on-line, If you wish to be a member, sign the form above and return it to any NCS office. Thank you! (This will qualify you for membership and voting through the 2012 Annual Corporation Meeting. At that time you will have to repeat the process.) You may also pick up additional forms in any NCS office.
