Application Process

Please complete these steps to accomplish the application process. Links to online or PDF forms are included.

FIRST

Fill out the Application for Admission ($50.00 fee due in interview process)

SECOND

Send these items along with payment for application:

  1. Most recent report card

  2. Most recent Achievement Test results (ISAT, Iowa Basic Skills, Stanford, etc.)

  3. Birth Certificate
    Please include a certified copy from the state in which the student was born. The student and/or parents need to provide the certified copy within thirty (30) days of enrollment. 
    Other means of identity may be: Passport, Visa, or other government documentation of student’s identity.

  4. Immunization Record
    Idaho State law requires all immunization records be “up to date” and on file prior to attending school.

    Children enrolled in Preschool (4 years & older) – 2nd grade must have:
    • 5 doses of DTaP (4 doses meet requirements if one dose was administered after the 4th birthday)
    • 3 Polio
    • 2 MMR
    • 3 Hepatitis B

    Children enrolled in 3rd – 12th grade must have:
    • 4 doses of DTaP
    • 3 Polio
    • 2 MMR
    • 3 Hepatitis B (for those students born after November 22, 1991)

1. You may fill out the campus evaluation form online and it will be directly emailed to the superintendent.
 
2.  As another option, you may  fill out the campus evaluation form and mail it in to the superintendent.

Q). What is the cost for me to send my child to Nampa Christian Schools?

A). The cost to attend Nampa Christian Schools varies according to the grade level in which you are interested.  The tuition and fees statement is available for you to view.


Q). Are there any scholarships available to help me offset the tuition?
 
A). Yes, there are limited scholarship opportunities available. To begin this process, you may find out more information on our Tuition Assistance page. The tuition assistance application is available for you to download and print.

Tour for a Day

We are so pleased you would like to schedule a tour to visit our facilities.

Tour any day during the summer and meet with the principal of the school as your schedule permits.

      
 
Tuition and Fees

Tuition covers a percentage of the costs for a child to be at Nampa Christian Schools. The administration at NCS does its best to try to keep tuition and fees affordable while still maintaining a great value to families.

Tuition Assistance

Nampa Christian Schools works with individuals and organizations to provide limited financial assistance to those families demonstrating additional need in meeting monthly tuition expenses.  Before making a decision on your ability to pay for your child's education, please explore this option if you believe the extra help would allow your child to enroll.
 
The application to apply for tuition assistance is available for you to print and submit to school administration.   The form is also available in the accounting office, or as an on-line form.  Once submitted, this form will be kept confidential.
